FY-2E/F/G to enter equinox season, some transmissions to be cancelled

According to orbit predictions, FY-2E, FY-2F and FY-2G will enter the equinox season (spring 2017) one by one. The following transmissions will be affected as the result: FY-2E transmissions 01:30 and 02:30 (BTC) will be cancelled from February 14 to April 14. FY-2F transmissions 00:00, 01:00 and 01:30(BTC) will be cancelled from February 15 to April 15. FY-2G transmissions 00:00, 01:00, 01：30 and 02:00(BTC) will be cancelled from February 21 to April 20.
