Due to cumulative effect of orbit drifting, the angle between the sun light and the X-axis of satellite exceeds the range of field of view designed for FY-3B Solar Irradiance Monitor (SIM), no proper measurement is being made in orbit as consequence. In this situation，we decided to switch off SIM on October 17, 2017, therefore relevant product service is at pause. Restarting SIM measurement and data service depends on restoration of observational conditions.
