FY-2H to enter sun transit outage period, some transmissions to be cancelled

According to orbit predictions, FY-2H will enter the sun transit outage period from March 6 to March 8 during 7:09(UTC) to 7:12(UTC). FY-2H transmissions 7:00 (UTC) will be cancelled during the sun transit outage period.
